At Devrshree Retail, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

When Can You Request an Exchange?

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • Your product arrives damaged or broken.
  • You receive the wrong product or an incorrect size.
  • Your product has a manufacturing defect.

All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.

How to Request an Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request an exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us on WhatsApp at 88492 64972 or through our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share Details: Provide your order number and clear photographs of the product, its packaging, and any damage or defect.
  3. Keep the Product Ready: Keep the product unused and retain its original packaging until our team provides further instructions.

Once we review your request, we will inform you of the next steps and arrange an exchange or replacement where applicable.

If the issue occurred due to an incorrect or defective product supplied by us, we will cover the applicable return shipping charges.

Products That Cannot Be Exchanged

We generally do not accept exchange requests for the following:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery by the customer.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Glassware that breaks after successful delivery.
  • Customised, engraved, or specially prepared bulk-gifting orders, except where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Products must be returned with their original packaging and accessories wherever applicable.
