At Devrshree Retail, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review our order cancellation policy before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can request to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, contact us through WhatsApp at 88492 64972 or visit our Contact Us page. Please provide your order number so our team can assist you.

If you have already paid for your order, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Please note that cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the dispatch process.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through our standard cancellation process.

If you no longer wish to accept the delivery, you may refuse the parcel at the time of delivery. Alternatively, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please refer to our Returns and Exchange Policy.

Delivery and return charges: Any applicable charges for refused deliveries will be communicated transparently and handled in accordance with our policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

Customised and Bulk Orders

Orders involving customised products, engraved items, specially prepared sets, or bulk gifting may require additional preparation or production time.

Once a customised or bulk order has been confirmed and production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

If you need to change or cancel such an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will review your request based on the order’s preparation status and applicable terms.

Order Cancellation by Devrshree Retail

In certain circumstances, we may need to cancel an order, including when:

  • A product is unavailable or out of stock.
  • A pricing or product listing error has occurred.
  • Delivery to the provided address is not possible.
  • An issue prevents us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, we will notify you and initiate a full refund of the amount paid for that order, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
